|a El trabajo es la Dictadura is an unplublished work by Santiago Sierra. This book is the result of a performance that took place at Ivorypress Space, Madrid, Spain from 21 to 30 January 2013. Thirty people were paid the minimum wage suggested by Spanish National Public Employment Service for working eight hours a day through the course of eight hours a days, repeatedly writing the sentence "El trabajo es la Dictadura" ("Work is Dictatorship") on each page of the 1.000 copies of the book printed for this purpose
